Staff Application

We appreciate your interest and willingness to help as part of our TriState Fellowship Camp staff team!
To apply for a staff position, just fill out an application on our online portal.

Staff Discounts: Those parents who are approved to serve as staff, can receive up to two half-price camper discounts (limit two per family), for their children only (no grandchildren, friends, etc).

The camp has several needs in terms of volunteers.  Please read the descriptions below to decide which role you are interested in.  If you have questions or concerns please contact us.
  • Junior Camp Assistant Counselor: High school volunteers who are excited to serve as counselors to junior campers.  Assistant Counselors will be paired with other adult counselors in cabin.
  • Junior Camp Counselor: Adult volunteers interested in serving as chaperones / team leads for our junior campers (entering grades 4-7). Must have a passion for kids and helping them grow in their faith.
  • Senior Camp Counselor: Adult volunteers interested in serving as chaperones / team leads for our senior campers (entering grades 8-12). Must be two years past high school graduation, and have a passion for teens and challenging them in their faith.
  • Worship / Music: Teen or adult volunteers who are gifted musically and would like to help lead our campers and staff in daily worship.  Sessions take place in the morning and evening.
  • Kitchen Staff: It takes a lot of help to prepare meals for a couple hundred people three times a day! If you are able to volunteer for just a day or the whole week, we would love your support.  It is also a great way to serve as a church or small group.  And we especially appreciate male volunteers!  Cooking that much food can get very heavy!  Contact Kathy Denlinger for more information.
  • Nurse / Medical: Are you a registered nurse or a doctor? We can always use volunteer medical professionals to help administer medications, clean up scrapes, and help campers with other health concerns.
  • Other: Have another way you'd like to help? We'd love to hear it! Contact us about serving in another role.

TriState Fellowship Camp...our mission...

Our Mission at TriState Fellowship Camp is to see life transformation in our campers. We want to combine a fun atmosphere, with great food, that complement the spiritual input that the campers receive from God's Word.  Young people today are bombarded with a variety of worldviews from a lot of different sources. Our prayer is that during our week of camp, we will impact them with the worldview that their Creator designed for them.  One that includes a relationship with Jesus, who can guide them to the right path as they make life's tough decisions.
