Camper Registration
WARNING: Our Registration Site is NOT designed to be used on small devices (tablets/phones). Please use a laptop/desktop computer to register your campers. If you contact us needing help registering, that will be the first question we ask.
NOTE: We are working to recruit needed counselors for our anticipated number of campers. If you, or any of your contacts would be interested in being a camp counselor, please apply via the Staff Appl tab above! Otherwise, we will have to limit campers based on the counselors we have committed.
We are excited to announce that online camp registration is open! Please read the following information as some details have changed from years past.
Parents: Do not allow your campers to register themselves! We need you as parent/guardian to sign the Online Registration. If your campers register themselves, we will delete the registration.

2024 Camp Changes:
1) Camp check-in will start at 6pm on Sunday July 7th. There will not be dinner served that evening.
2) Camper Pick-up will be at 3pm on Friday July 12th.
3) All Camper fees must be paid by June 30th, or your camper will not be able to check-in.
4) Both Junior Camp and Senior Camp will not allow cell phones this year. Since spiritual growth in our campers is our priority, we believe we can best accomplish this without cell phones.
2024 Pricing
Unfortunately inflation has hit us all, but we are retaining last year's prices! Our cost for both camps this year is $250:
- Junior Camp: $250 (+ $50 late penalty* = $300, after May 31)
- Senior Camp: $250 (+ $50 late penalty* = $300, after May 31)
Reminder, we do not want campers to have CASH at camp. This becomes an item that can be lost, or perhaps stolen. There is no need for cash as you have the ability to deposit money for Camp Store and Paintball in an account for your camper:
You can deposit money into a camper's Camp Store Account for snack purchases during the week. See below...
You can deposit money into a Senior camper's Paintball Account, to play an afternoon of paintball during the week (Junior campers do not play paintball). See below...
Camp Store
While at camp, the campers will typically have access to the Camp Store twice a day. The Camp Store has candy/snacks/beverages/ice cream novelties. The average camper deposits $35 (costs have increased from last year) in their Camp Store account, as we do not want the campers to have any cash at camp. At the end of the week, any unused Camp Store money will be considered a donation to the camp.
Paintball
Camp Lebanon also has a paintball range! Senior campers can play paintball as one of their activities for $30 (includes equipment and ammo). Since weather can be a determining factor, we can't guarantee that their paintball money will be used. Therefore, if you pay for camp/paintball via an ACH transaction from your checking account, we will refund your paintball money directly into your bank account. Otherwise unused Paintball money will be considered a donation to the camp.
Express Check-In
In order to be eligible for Express Check-In, you must have submitted the following:
1) Full payment for all camp fees and camp store accounts
2) Completed Online Registration
3) Included all your camper's medications in the Online Registration.
Medications:
If you arrive at camp with medications, and haven't entered them along with your camper's registration, you will not be eligible for Express Check-In. You will have to wait until all Express Check-In campers have been through the nurse's station, and then your medications/camper will be checked in last.
If your registration and payment have been received by June 30th, you will be eligible for Express Check-In. When you arrive at camp, you will receive a check-in form specifically for each of your campers. If your medications have been entered on the camper's online registration, you will be quickly processed through the Nurse's station. Otherwise, you will have to wait to check in your medications until all other campers have been checked in.
To Register:
To register a camper, begin by creating an account using the TriState Camp Online Portal. If you created an account in previous years, your login and password are still valid. You will first complete a Parent Information Form, and then complete one Camper Information Form for each camper you wish to register. Your registration will not be complete until a minimum deposit of $50 for each camper is completed either electronically or by mailing a check (postmarked by May 31). After May 31st, this $50 minimum is non-refundable . If you have questions or concerns please contact us.
